Adult & Senior (VIP) Programs — Homewood-Flossmoor Park District

H-F Park District runs its Adult & Senior program out of the Irwin Community Center, with a varied lineup of activities happening most days of the week covering fitness, games and social time. There's no membership fee to participate, and the district frames it as open to all "active adults" in the community.
