Age-ility Fitness Class at Stickney-Forest View Public Library

Stickney, Cook County

Verified July 16, 2026

Every Tuesday morning, the Stickney-Forest View library hosts Age-ility, a fitness class for older adults led by instructor Sarah Lofgren through the AgeOptions program. It's a low-key, recurring class rather than a one-off event, but the library's site doesn't post details like cost or whether you need to sign up in advance — worth a quick call to check before you go.
