Bloom Township Senior Services — Stronger Seniors & Line Dancing

Bloom Township's senior services office runs a free 'Stronger Seniors' chair-exercise class twice a week to build strength, balance and everyday mobility (a doctor's waiver is required before you start). They also offer quarterly line-dancing sessions on Wednesday afternoons taught by a certified instructor, for a modest per-session fee.
