Center of Concern is a Des Plaines-based nonprofit serving older adults across Maine Township, including Park Ridge — case management, telephone reassurance check-ins, a Senior Companion Program, a Memory Café for people with dementia and their caregivers, grocery delivery, light housekeeping and chore help, and SHIP Medicare counseling.
