The Recreation Center of Highland Park's Open Gym includes "Open Pickleball" with Basic/All-Inclusive memberships (pdhp.org/recreation-center-of-highland-park/open-gym-2/, 2 indoor + 5 outdoor courts) -- a general facility, not part of the 55+ Monthly Meetings program.

Highland Park's park district (separate from the city's Senior Center) runs a monthly 55+ get-together at Lincoln Community Center from April through October, with bingo, door prizes, and an occasional guest speaker — bring a baked good to share, potluck-style. The same senior programs page also lists fitness classes open to the 55+ crowd, including Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi, High-Low Aerobics, and Body Sculpt, plus overnight motor-coach trips.
