Riverside Township runs a free drop-in exercise class three days a week — Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at noon (not morning) — in the Town Hall auditorium, led by physical therapist Jerry Owen and focused on stretching, light aerobics, strength, balance, and mobility. The township separately offers senior yoga classes, plus a free movie screening most Thursdays around 12:30pm and live old-time-radio performances from the Township Radio Players, all under the same senior-services umbrella.
