Riverside Township Senior Citizens Society — Free Exercise Classes

Riverside Township runs a free drop-in exercise class three mornings a week in the Town Hall auditorium, led by a physical therapist and focused on gentle stretching, light aerobics, balance, and mobility. It's technically open to any township resident, but it's run under the township's senior services umbrella and most regulars are older adults. The township also hosts a free movie every Thursday afternoon as part of the same senior-services programming.
