A completely free membership program from Rush University Medical Center for adults 50+, open to anyone regardless of whether you're a Rush patient. Real programming: free monthly health lectures, Zumba Gold, Gentle Chair Yoga, "A Matter of Balance" fall-prevention workshops, caregiver and memory-loss support groups, and health screenings, all through two resource centers plus phone/online access.
