One of Chicago's six DFSS Regional Senior Centers, serving as a full-service focal point for residents 60+ and their spouses/caregivers in the Illinois Medical District area. Expect a broader program menu than the satellite centers: a SeniorNet computer lab, an on-site fitness center with personal trainers, wellness visits from a nurse/dietitian/pharmacist, life-enrichment classes, day trips, and the daily Golden Diners lunch program (donation-based). Most programming is free or nominal cost.
