Chicago Heights Park District sells a discounted 'Senior/Tercer Edad' membership for $10 a month that gets you into the Recreation Center's fitness room, free-weight room, pool, gym and sauna. The district also runs an ongoing Easy Striders walking program — a low-impact, go-at-your-own-pace walking option — though the exact meeting schedule isn't posted online, so it's worth calling ahead.
