Fitness Classes for Seniors in Chicago

Central West, Northeast (Levy), Southwest, Southeast (Atlas), and Northwest (Copernicus) — five of Chicago's six DFSS Regional Senior Centers — each run an on-site fitness center staffed with personal trainers, and the city's satellite centers add fitness classes to their own standard program menu.
