Schaumburg Township District Library's Memory Café meets the first Tuesday of the month, 10-11:30am at the Central Library, for people living with dementia or memory loss along with a caregiver, family member, or friend. Each free session pairs social time with a themed group activity — past ones have included floral arranging, a planting project with poetry, and a patriotic craft — plus light refreshments, and the library also lends themed Memory Kits through its Library of Things collection.
