Mt. Prospect Park District runs Pickleball Classes, Leagues & Outdoor Courts (mppd.org/pickleball/), linked from the senior page's "More to Explore" section but not itself senior-specific. It also runs AquaFit, including a Low Intensity "Arthritis" class (mppd.org/aqua-fitness/), also linked from the senior page's "More to Explore" section but not itself senior-restricted.

RecPlex hosts a mix of drop-in and registered senior activities: $1 Bingo Bonanza on select Wednesday afternoons, free senior walking in the gym on Tuesday mornings, and a gentle 'Variations' ballet class for seniors on Thursdays that needs no prior dance experience.
