The River Forest Public Library runs a handful of recurring programs under its Adults & Seniors umbrella: Film Lover Fridays screens a classic movie on the third Friday of each month, Coffee Monday is a casual coffee-and-conversation gathering on the first Monday morning, and there's a monthly Evening Book Club (first Wednesday evening). In summer, the library also runs a Watch the Oscar Nominees screening series on Thursday evenings from May through August, and a Mahjong 102 class for intermediate players is offered periodically and requires registration.
