Senior Strength Training (Summit Public Library, via Zoom)

Summit, Cook County

The Summit library offers a free weekly senior strength training class over Zoom, led by a certified instructor and built around 45-minute sessions to build muscle tone, balance, flexibility, and endurance. It runs year-round with a fresh Zoom link sent out monthly, so it's a genuinely ongoing program rather than a series with an end date. You do need a Summit library card to register, since it's funded through the Friends of the Library for cardholders.
